How we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you make a request for our services, for example, when you contact us about booking a free-trial coaching session, send us an email about our services or products, or if you register to receive one of our email newsletters/tips or to be kept updated etc. Please note that as of this time, this service is not on offer.  it’s very easy to opt-out or unsubscribe if you want to?  Please email me and put “unsubscribe” in the title and I will unsubscribe you or remove your email from my database.

 

We may request basic info about your child/teen (if under 18 years) and the problems they are experiencing, so we can offer the most applicable help and support. You MUST give me permission to safely and securely store information on your child or teen.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, phone number, IP address, and information regarding the specific needs of your child or teen.

How is your information used?

We may use your information to:

  • process free-trial requests you have submitted;

  • dealing with enquiries about our services etc.;

  • seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

  • notify you of changes to our services;

  • send you communications which you have requested about our services;

  • activities, promotions of our associated services;

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant coaching agreement we have together (should you become one of my clients).

 

Who has access to your information?

We do not sell or freely distribute any information about you or your account to other parties. We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We are committed to protect the privacy of children aged 16 or under. If you are aged 16 or under‚ please get your parent/guardian’s permission beforehand whenever you provide us with personal information. We do NOT video-record 1-2-1 online coaching sessions or take pictures without first gaining express permission from the Parent where this is required for the purposes of coaching enhancement or follow up training.
