Service Description

Helen presents an overview on the current psychological literature on how people function during times of adversity. In the session, delegates explore the models on the various behavioural responses we can choose after the adverse experience. Helen will explore how we use our time and ways to have daily acts that support our wellbeing at work (and on a personal level too).
